A reward must name its funding source before it can pay. No pool is funded in this phase.
Campaigns
A countdown would imply a live campaign. There is no end date because there is no campaign.
Limits
Referral codes saved at registration do not create a reward. Eligibility can be denied by jurisdiction.
Reporting
When rewards exist, history should be readable by the member and auditable by a rewards administrator. That ledger is empty.

Will I earn money by joining?
